There is still 2GB left on my hard disk.
But this message keeps appearing whenever I want to move my big files (ard 600-700MB) to an external Hard disk drive.
Why? How do i do it otherwise?

There is a limit that you can copy & paste - right click the file & click send to:

all partitions of a hard disk have a reserved space for recycle bin.
10% is reserved......u can reduce this percentage also.right click recycle bin and choose properties.

Just check whether ther s a quota management sytem turned on for that drive...
