Vitamins can help. Usually if you eat a well balanced meal you get all you need. But, many of us not eat as we should and the vitamins are a good supplement. You should take with food, if I remember correct, the body needs carbohydrates to process the vitamins.

Food nowadays is stored for a long time before it reaches us. It is also sprayed. This means that we do not get the benefits from food as before. I believe we must take vitamins.

when you take a vitamin,your body will only absorb what you need and the rest will go to waste.but yes they are good for you if you are not getting what you need in the foods you are eating
