It depends.

Social - Well if people find out, they may act a little weird around you... may not want to go near you. Or you may feel a little paranoid (which is pyschological as well) Its the kind of information; if it gets in the wrong hands... everyone could find out.

Psychological - Finding out you have an STD can be quite shocking and depressing. You may feel dirty, like no one will love you because your 'diseased', that no one will want to have sex with you again, if anyone found out that they would think your dirty or been sleeping around.

Biological - Well, it depends on the STD. If left untreated some can cause you to be infertile. While some you can have and never had treated (like herpes). Some may cause your immune system to weaken, or are triggered by weak immune systems. Its really depending on the STD

Nutrional - Well, you may have to alter your diet. Maybe to prevent outbreaks.

Obviousely socially you will suffer in some ways unfortuantely. If people know you have an STD they may treat you differently because they don't understand them...your sex life will suffer as well. I mean, it should not as punishment, but for you looking out for your health as well as others. Psychologically all I have mentioned can wreak havoc on your mind. You may become depressed and / or anxious. Biologically you will notice signs and symptoms which may be unpleasant. If left untreated you may become sterile (which may also affect your psych). Depending on the STD it may affect nutrition. Also, with certain medications you may gain / lose weight. All of these factors play off of one another.
