Can Diharrea be the only symptom for a recent HIV infection ?? In other words, can HIV related ARS manifest in Diharrea only (no fever, no rash, no swollen lumph nodes etc...)

no, there are no sympoms until it develops into aids and kills your immune system.

Diharrea can mean anything but get an Hiv test with a Doctor and
he will give you the answer
