You know it kind of sounds like your are having an anxiety attack. Like a panic attack...sometimes our bodies can act really funny...I would really suggest that maybe you drink some plain old water and take a nice warm shower...then just try to chill for a little while.
You might simply be having a reaction to the Pepsi...but that would only be likely if you are not used to having 3 in one day.
As far as your heart goes......if you begin to have pain up and down your right arm and shoulder, pain in your jaw..and/or you can see your chest heaving...you should probably call emergency service to help you. If it is only palpitations...maybe you should make an appointment with your doc.
Pay attention to yourself...if you start having the physical conditions...call for help.

Your body is giving you signals that it needs more nutrients. Soon this will turn into chronic panic attacks where you will suddenly cry out and run for the nearest exit. You will develop chest pains and trouble breathing and feel like you are going to die any second. You won't be able to go see scary movies because your heart beats fast enough to grow wings like Red Bull and fly out of your chest. Everyone will think you're a freak and refuse to be seen in public with you. Even the nice ones will try to comfort you but comfort isn't what you need. Your cells are trying to communicate with you but they are losing patience and when that happens, they are rude little &^^holes. Start taking vitamins and exercising until you sweat good and hard. I've dealt with this for years and it is a mean son of a *&^%$ when you let it have its way.
Yidlmama, that's pain in your LEFT arm.

I feel like that a lot. I feel like something is seriously wrong with my heart even though nothing is. I'm sorry to say I've yet to find anything that really calms me down. What works best is to remember that nothing is actually wrong with you physically, and so there is nothing to be worried about. Try calling a friend, or preferably, talking to someone in person about something other than how you are feeling. Distractions like that really help. Try doing something hands-on, like cooking or knitting or woodworking and listening to talk radio to distract you if you don't have anyone to talk to. Don't start medicating yourself with alcohol. If you feel like this frequently, go see a doctor. They will rule out any physical problems and then try to help you cope with your anxiety. Good luck to you!

Take ECG and consult a cardiologist.
A panic attack is the sudden onset of a discrete, brief period of intense discomfort or fear accompanied by somatic or cognitive symptoms. Panic disorder is occurrence of repeated panic attacks typically accompanied by fears about future attacks or changes in behavior to avoid situations that might predispose to attacks. Diagnosis is clinical. Isolated panic attacks may not require treatment. Panic disorder is treated with drug therapy, psychotherapy (eg, exposure therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy), or both. If it is a panic disorder that causes repeated, unexpected attacks of intense fear, then you should consult a psychiatrist.
Please see the web pages for more details on Panic disorder and Heart palpitations.

Alcohol works to dull the brain, but it's really not a very good long-term fix for that sort of problem (I know.....used to drink myself to sleep every day because my mind wouldn't stop racing).
My advice would be to force yourself to sit down somewhere quiet, use good posture, close your eyes, and pick something in your body to focus on (ie. your even, steady breathing would be a good choice). The longer you can manage to sit and be still, the calmer you'll get, and your body should steady out, too.
And yah, it'd probably be a good idea to cut back on the caffeine, especially towards the evening. It affects people's brains in ways they don't even notice, even if they think they have a high tolerance.
Good luck!

Try this: Get off the computer. Sit in a comfortable chair. Relax. Take long, deep breaths. Concentrate on your breathing. Relax your mind, and try willing yourself to calm down and your heart to start beating less.

there is always an excellent threat of being pregnant even as using no secure practices. The pullout approach would not artwork in any respect. I were given pregnant on birth control, and when you consider that she had only gotten the shot the day earlier it may no longer have had it truly is finished effect. You launch sperm all for the period of sex, no longer only on the top.
