3 problems most likely.

1. the geography down there is problimatic, you might have a sore, or not so elastic as others, so it could cause some tearing, maybe have had surgery previously. our it could be an STD. Get checked out by GYN.

2. Getting rubbed raw, need to use more lubricant (non oil based, or petroleum based) water based is good.

3. intercourse during those "messy female" times or possible some of the menstration is being dislodged because of lube or other substances and causing some staining.. on safe side, get checked by GYN.

the vaginal walls of a woman are very sensitive. aggressive intercourse can cause you to rip on the outside as well as be rubbed too hard on the inside and cause some vaginal bleeding or spotting. and sometimes can be very painful. if this occurs often, try using a better lubricant to decrease the friction. also having prolonged intercourse when the vagina is dry can cause bleeding and spotting also, but if it becomes a problem go to your dr.

Could be a lot of things, from inadequate lubrication to an STD. You should get checked out by an OBGYN.
