what should i do so that my calcified granuloma will not in x-ray negative?

Having granuloma in the lungs is not a death sentence. If your a smoker a lot of the blame lays with the habit. You can have granulomas in other parts of the body too so dont worry. I would suggest if you smoke get a chest Xray every year. Granuloma's have showed up in my Xrays for the last 25 yrs. And yes I smoke

put compound w on it and burn it off.
