The actual sperm cell does not contain the HIV/AIDS virus but semen does.
The difference being that sperm is a male reproductive cell which does not contain the HIV/AIDS virus. But the semen which is made up of sperm, seminal fluid and other secretions from male sex organs does contain the HIV/AIDS virus.
People with HIV/AIDS are advised not to give blood, plasma, body organs or semen donations. And the must not exchange genital fluids (semen is a genital fluid) during sexually activity. Genital fluids contain the HIV/AIDS virus.
Hope this helps...more info can be found below!

Any body fluid can contain aids/hiv in theory.
Sperm can both contain and be mixed with contaminated fluid.

If the person is infected the fluid would as would blood. So virgins doing first aid even rough sport, or in an accident and cut themsleves on the same jagged bit of metal could catch it.
The common way is from sharing needles or sex transmition inc oral sex if one has cuts in mouth ie *** in mouth, *** in cuts or blood from cuts, enter willy.

Basically anything that comes out of someone's body (except sweat and spit) can contain HIV or other viruses. Blood and semen are dangerous substances.
