I like the dark meat and I really like the skin. For me, the best chicken is a fried thigh (skin on, of course)

La Petit Jardin restaurant in Los Angeles has me so spoiled, I don't even like my own chicken anymore.
They make a roasted chicken, served by the half, and seasoned with an Herbs de Provence. It's so good, I actually picked it up and ate it with my hands!

I like Baked, Broiled, BBQ, Fried, Steamed Chicken adn then some. To be a nasty bird it sure does go down good in the stomach,.

my mom makes this on an occasion, and it think it's soo good! but i don't know if you'll like if you come around in making it. but she takes chicken and pounds it flat with those hammer things and then she rolls in stick of carrots and asparagus in and rolls the chicken up, then breads it, deep fries it in vegetable oil and sesame oil, and puts it on a plate, and serves it with homemade tomatoe sauce. it's really good!

just about any form that fits on my plate or soup bowl. One of my favorites on cold days ... put a chicken, cut into parts ... in a pressure cooker with a hand full of rice, carrots, onions, potatoes, and any other vegetables, season to taste . you have on hand and let it cook, under pressure for about 20 minutes. Great with simple green salad on cold winter days.
