I just read something about that the other day. If I remember correctly, eggs are one of the top offenders when it comes to cholesterol with the USDA recommending that individuals consume not more than one egg per day

You could probably eat 2 a day. If you are a vegetarian, That's your protein. If you could eat some w/o the yolk,as hard boiled,is even better. The cholesterol is all in the yolk, protein is in the white part.

you could eat a lot but if you do use those egg beaters because they are lower in cholesterol.

Dont eat any .,...we dont need them in a vege or vagan diet for protein
