I have the option of picking my next duty station, and never been to europe. I see the Army has posts in Belgium and Netherlands. I am a single enlisted soldier and wondering about barracks/housing, and other basic facilities there. Can anyone give me some info?

or perhaps kleine brogel in belgium a little town not to far from the border with the netherlands so it's perhaps the ideal compromise if you can't chose

People saying that we're not meddling we're over there protecting them lmao that's why everyone hates us we think we run the world and that's why bin laden bombed the twin Towers we need to start minding our own business and stop "helping" and stop trying to run the world. I see bad things for us in the future. Imagine if other countries had military bases here in America we wouldn't like that at all well that's how they feel. There's to many brainwashed sheep out there that think everything our government does is good NO!

as far as i know it depends on MOS, and if you get europe itll most likely be Germany. having been stationed there its hella fun in Germany. but as far as i know a buddy a mine was in Netherlands and the unit he was in got deativated. what we have there now is Nato bases... sorry to say but i dont think its likley that youll end up in either unless you have pinpoint orders, other wise if you get Europe my bet would be germany

If you choose Belgium, most likely you can choose Chievre or Evere (Nato HQ).
