This question is more for practical joke purposes. I want neighborhood dogs to want to do their business in a friends front yard on purpose and not for my own dogs.

you can go to petco or petsmart and they have this liquid in a small bottle that you can buy (i forgot the name of it) and you just put a few drops on the spot that you want them to do their business and they will smell it and use that area. ask the people at petco first and then petsmart if petco doesnt have it.

Take your dog to the same spot in your yard every time he needs to do his business. Soon, he will go only to that spot because he has marked it. You won't have dog doo all over the place, and it's much easier to clean up. Make sure Fido gets a treat when he goes to his spot.

For practical joke, right? Borrow a female dog in heat and get her to urinate there first then every male dog in the neighborhood will check out your neighbors lawn.
This is really a dirty trick.

When you see your dog starts to sniff the floor and walk around take your dog to the same place that it does its business. Then your dog will stiff in that same spot where it did its business before and will start going there every time it does its business. But correct it everytime it does it in the wrong spot to train it to always go to that spot.

It is creul to envolve your dog in your stupid antics. If you want your dog to behaive in a scocially acceptable manner you should too. You dog is not going to understand the "JOKE" and deserves more.
