If the man is already infected, he's infected. Changing the condom won't change that.

However, what I think you're trying to say is this:
"If a man ejaculates into a condom and keeps going, is he at more risk for catching an STD?"

To which the answer is yes. The longer you use a condom, the weaker it gets. When you have fluid inside it, there's also a barrier so that it moves around more inside the woman and is more likely to tear.

Wanna be safe? Don't sleep with random girls you just met, and choose REAL partners.
