In the last few years, Infratec has generated some of the greatest excitement. This company is developing a device that measures blood glucose levels from the eardrum using the body's natural heat emission. Several active investigators are using a light scattering/Raman spectroscopy/photoacoustic approach. These include GlucoLight, Glucon Medical, LighTouch Medical, and OrSense. Other approaches include those of Fluent Biomedical, using spectroscopy and signal analysis techniques, MedOptix, using optical technology based on mid-infrared light reflection from the skin surface, and Pendragon Medical, using radio frequency impedance. Samsung Fine Chemicals has said that it uses an electromagnetic radiant ray. Sontra Medical uses a “glucose flux biosensor.” Finally, - recently Hitachi announced that it is working on a device that uses special sensors to detect physiological parameters, such as thermal energy, oxygen supply, and blood flow. Which will be the first successful noninvasive meter? No one knows, but Dr. David Klonoff, editor of Diabetes Technology and Therapeutics and Medical Director of Mills-Peninsula Diabetes Research Institute in San Mateo, California, mentions what he sees as the most promising companies in this order: Sensys Medical, NIR Diagnostics, InLight Solutions, Glucon, OrSense, Pendragon, Infratec, and MedOptix.
Therefore, in answer to your question - No. Nothing yet, but they're working at it, so there is plenty of hope for the future.
Hope this is of interest

No, there's not one yet, Years ago peeing on a glucose strip was the great thing since peanut butter and now it's a Blood Glucose Machine that does the trick. Years down the road who knows. So in the mean time you might get used to sticking your finger. Certain Blood Testers don't require as much blood as other models do and these are great. The less amount of blood needed, the smaller the hole in your finger. Look around, and ask around, you'll be glad you did.

If you are diabetic you better get use to "pricking" yourself as you said. If you have good reason to believe that you may be diabetic you should go to the doc, however if you go to a pharmacy and buy ketone and glucose sticks to pee on you might get an idea weather or not you have it. If you have ketones you most defiantly have it unless you have been starving yourself. If your glucose and ketones are normal you may still have diabetes and should still go to the doc. So basically go to the doc no matter what but if you want a heads up on the chances of you having it, buy the sticks and see for yourself.

Sorry but that's the only way to test. The new meters are great though, they only need a tiny little bit of blood and even though you wouldn't think so but it doesn't really hurt that much. My husband has diabetes and once in a while I check my glucose level too. You'll get used to it in no time. Even when my husband had to check four times a day, his fingers never got sore.
Thanks to a balanced diet and watching the sugar intake, my husband doesn't even have to take medication for his diabetes anymore. (He was diagnosed in March 06 with a glucose level of 480.)
Good luck and good health to you!
