It can spoil, but it takes months for this to happen. I've found Velveeta in the refrigerator that I've forgotten about (moldy), but it takes about six months or so for that to happen.

I think Velveeta Cheese is what happens when Easy Cheese goes bad.

Yes, all cheese will spoil if not kept at the proper temperature after a while. Keep it wrapped and in your frig. Be sure to use it.

yes but it take a long time but some people like spolied cheese, example blue cheese it is a blue color cuz its made of mold

not if it has been opened. once opened,, the shelf life deteriates and like other foods, need to be monitored and tossed or used up. keep refrigerated after opening.

the worst i've ever seen it do is dry out...i've never seen it get mold.
