Last year, I got a set of two at Williams-Sonoma for about $15. Each one is about 3 1/2 inches across. I assume this is for a romantic Valentine's Day meal. I like having two individual hearts better than one bigger one. It makes a beautiful presentation if you serve them together on a platter with strawberries or strawberry sauce.

Be sure to do the preparation ahead of time so they will have time to "set up". Also, using real vanilla bean is a must!

You can shop online at williams-sonoma.com if you don't have a store nearby

try eBay first...usually I find whatever I need on it and the prices are substantially lower than any online store
