Rice, boiled rice is great. It acts as a filler and won't hurt you if the right ingredients is installed. Just remember, DON'T ADD SUGAR!

it is a whole grain so it is better but still its a starch with a high GI. I can only handle a little rice or I pay for it later with high sugar. I am a type 1 so I take insulin to cover my food.

better than white rice. even brown rice contains carbs that wil lbe converted into sugar in the body. so its not healthy to eat too much.
