Its always 2degree below that of body as sperm cells can be formed only at loe temperature so this is a type of cooling mechanism

for females it would be your body temperature. for males it's a little less for the scrotum as the sperm need a temperature a little less than normal body temperature. On a hot day the testicles will migrate downward.

I was always told it was 2 degrees below the rest of your body.
