are you waiting till she passes out before calling an ambulance.
she should be calling a dr or going to the er for help, chest pains can be anything from muscle pull (not threatening) to heart attack, collapsed lungs (dangerous to say the least) and both these conditions have happened to either a friend of family member who were under 35 yrs of age ...
don't wait till it's to late

Heart disease can become evident at any age, if she is young it could be some valve disease or some congenital (since birth) heart ailment. Even coronary heart diseases have now become common in young age group.
Please don't worry, it could be some anxiety related problem also but surely get her checked up by a competent physician asap.

hiya, i do no longer opt to scare you yet i think of you ought to ignore approximately waiting for a doctor to open, and purely take her today to the hospital. they often see you today away in case you have chest discomfort, as they do no longer opt to take possibilities with it. i'm no healthcare expert so i'm not sure, yet she can even have Athsma or be coming down with something? the two way it is ultimate to attend to this concern today away, for peace of recommendations if no longer something. good success and that i wish she feels greater efficient quickly xo

We're not doctors here, we can't diagnose or treat her. Whatever the reasons for this may be, she is not getting enough oxygen, hence the lightheadedness. Get to the ER now!
