Vegans eat absolutely nothing containing or made from any part of any animal no matter how big or small. They eat any and/or all foods made only from edible plants. Their diet is rich with legumes.

Vegetarians eat some animal products: eggs, cheese(made without calf rennet), milk, cream.
They usually eat more plant products than animal products.

A Genaral vegitarian is a few human being who does not devour meat yet different animal products. Vegans on the different hand, will devour not something that comes from an animal Like milk or eggs. uncomplicated as that! so Vegitarian= No meat yet different animal products ( milk, eggs, cheese different stuff) Vegan= a straightforward eating routine of nuts, vegtibles, end result and no animal products not which includes milk, eggs or cheese

vegans have less food to choose from and sometimes go bald because it's difficult to live in modern america on a vegan diet unless you live in a big city. a true vegetarian is not much different from a vegan, but they will usually eat dairy and eggs, and sometimes fish. vegans are strictly no-animal-products-at-all, so no butter, milk, cream, fish or fish oil, no eggs, nor anything that contains any of those things. no soups with chicken stock or anything with anchovy paste. going out to eat becomes very difficult for a vegan.

Vegetarians don't eat meat but will eat either dairy , eggs and honey or all three because animals did not die to make them. Vegans do not eat meat and will not eat dairy, eggs or honey .
It is fab that you have heard of Vegans and know that we are akin to Vegetarians. A lot of so - called restaurants don't know what a vegan is!

Vegans are pure vegetarians...they will not use products that exploit animals in any way.
for example, some soy sauces are made with a wee bit of caviar. Vegans would not use that soy sauce while a vegetarian might. Many vegetarians will eat fish products whereas vegans will not.

veganism is not only about food.
It's a way of living.
Clothing for instance forbids leather or silk and of course fur.
i know some extreme vegan people who don't even wear wool for the sake of sheep.
