Yes...these are very delicious and tasty...they are fried wontons made from wonton dough. They usually serve them before your meal to nibble on and to add to your egg drop soup, hot & sour soup or wonton soup...or you can dip them in the red sweet and sour sauce they have on the table or the yellow hot mustard sauce and dark brown soy sauce...I love all Asian Dishes..! Oh My..! I am getting an appetite for some WonTons!

They are called prawn crackers. You can buy them already made or even better you can buy them raw and deep fry them yourself. One packet of the raw will only cost you $1.30- $2.00 it can serve up to ten people.
