If you mean, can you tell by looking at the eyes, the answer is absolutely not. HIV/AIDS is a blood and body fluid supported virus.
However, there are certain unusual eye infections seen by medical exam of the eyes that are found mostly in those who are severely immunosuppressed and that would include those with advanced HIV disease.
There is no sure way to tell by looking that someone is virus-free or infected.

Do you mean can you look into somebody's eyes and tell if they have hiv/aids?
NO
Does hiv/aids affect the eyes - potentially yes.
Only an HIV test will tell you (and that is not even 100% full proof).
BE CAREFUL! PROTECT YOURSELF

Like they always say in the PSA commercials, you can't tell who carries HIV just by looking at them.

No, it's simply the deficiency of immunity, just so you're open to many diseases.
