Yes, occasionally. Snoring occurs when there is obstruction to the free flow of air through the passages at the back of the mouth
and nose-the area where the tongue and upper throat meet the
soft palate and uvula. Snoring occurs when these structures
strike each other and vibrate during breathing.
45% of normal adults snore atleast occsionally and
25% are habitual snorers. Snoring is more frequent in males and overweight persons. Snoring is often worse when a person sleeps on his back.

Yeah sometimes, but my sister, and friend say i talk in my sleep. A lot of people snore though.

yes my husband has told me i do..i never know cause i am sleeping...i have allergys and sometimes get stuffed up so that creates a problem for me as far as snoring...breathe easy strips work well and might help one who does snore

I do...have for some time now..I sleep alone. I recently went for a physical and told my Dr. of waking up with headaches and am always tired! He ordered a sleep study and it turns out I have sleep apnea! Seems there are bunches of people out there that don't even know they have this...I sleep with the aid of a c pap and am no longer tired or have those awful headaches!

i slightly do, ive never been told it was really bad, unlike my husbands, whos makes me start to have a mental breakdown in the middle of the night because no matter what room i sleep in i can still hear him

Yes. My wife tells me it's pretty bad. My doctor thinks I may have sleep apnea, and we are working on that.
