Due to Chrohn's the fiber in foods creates havoc along with the salads and veggies. The fruits create higher amounts of glucose in my blood causing issues for the diabetes. I need to find a diet that will allow me to lose weight and still eat healthy.

Only a dietician can recommend the proper diet for you to address your health issues. It would be unwise to do this on your own, especially with the medical problems you have. You will have to examine the foods you eat by their sugar, salt and fiber content in order to successfully control your weight.

I'm a 45 year old woman and was recently diagnosed as being a borderline diabetic. My doctor prescribed some medication, but before filling it I decided to do some research on the internet which led me to the methods. After reading this ebook and applying the methods, my scepticism turned to 100% belief. I noticed that my energy levels increased significantly and I felt more rested in the morning, my symptoms started going away.

I am very happy to tell you that I have been feeling better than I have felt in years and my doctor informed me that he will be taking me off my prescriptions if I keep this up.

I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

That is an extremely complex situation you have. If any one can help you with this complicated issue it is a man by the name of Dr. Ladd McNamara. Do a search using his name and you will be directed to a site where you can contact him. Don't just let it go - your life can change if you make it happen! Good Luck and God Bless.

boy i empathize. I have MS, Colitis, and BP as well. I sure relate to what you are saying. Fiber is murder on it. It is hard to eat healthy because of what vegetables, fruit, and salad can do.
