No he doesn't have aids dont worry about that, and for the person who said it is in mostly in gays and african americans thats horrible, and not true. Thats sterotyping ok, get over yourslef. And for the person who hopes he dies well thats horrible and last time i checked i think the civil rights movment was quite sucessful , you should never wish death on anyone of the sort. But no hun he doesnt have AIds just another rumor

NO Chris Brown does not have AIDS this rumor is false people got mixed up with what he was saying in his hit song RUN IT cuz he says my age aint gon slow us down but it sounds like he sayin my aids aint gon slow us down

actually..........the person stating African- American's and gay people are the top majority of people infected with the HIV virus is right. she just might not have said it in "politically correct" terms. she should have also added Hispanics are on the top of the list as well, though HIV doesn't discriminate.
