mmm...I can see where this is going. There are ladies present who would like to share in the experience but not in that kind of why gentleman. I'm all for it but hey...tact please.

throw together a pot luck luncheon or maybe pitch in and everyone go out for lunch.
Maybe pitch in a couple of dollars and get him a small gift and a card where everyone signs.

Ie have him aid out on back in boxers, squrty cream on boxers and nipples, orange on the cream and pulls out a golf club and asked the crowd to shout fore. The orange hit the back wall of the forum.
Ie more for laughs then anything not so much sleezy.
Ie the girls would be laughing to hard when she draws a smiley face on his butt, or puts a collor on him to lead him around whilst the boys sing how much is that doggie in the window, whilst the girls sing woof woof.
Chip in and get him an activity like a skydive, f1 race etc.

We have a girl who writes brilliant poems and reads them out at the leaving do...all you needs is loads of funny stories about the persons time in the office....and someone with a talent for writing poems......and if you want to spice things up it's not too late to book a strip-o-gram !!!

Go out to lunch or go pick up something. All give a dollar or two and get him something together. If not think of something a bottle of nice liquor.
