The answer to your question is different depending on which "sub population" you are asking it about. Worldwide, I believe the numbers are about evenly distributed among the catagories you asked about. In many African nations, the answer would be women and children. In the countries of the former Soviet Union, it is all groups.

Depends where you are asking. In USA, mostly male homosexuals. In Africa, its 1:1 ratio between male and female. In Singapore, mainly male heterosexuals above 20. In Malaysia, mainly male drug abusers.
