It's not like I'm obsessed or anything. I love being ripped! I don't care what guys think, I'm a soccer girl! She's going anorexic though & it scares me so bad cuz I think she's gr8 how she is. Even if she weighed 5000 pounds, she'd still be my best friend & I'd love her. Help me know how to help her, you guys, please!!!

You answered the question yourself. Curvy women usually weigh more than non curvy women. And you are right most men are attracted to curvy women. I don't think either one of you are under or over weight. Whats normal for you isn't normal for some and vice versa. If you asked a doctor the doctor would tell you that you are your correct wieght. Don't worry about it to much. Be happy as you are and so should your friend!

I wouldn't say normal. Bad word. You make her sound like there is something wrong with her.

Yes, she could lose a little weight, but starving herself is not going to do anything. Her body will hold on to any stored fat because it is starving.

If she is the one starving herself then she is not normal and if you are a lot underweight hopefully it due to a high metabolism and not a unhealthy diet. then you would be the normal one and hopefully you can gain to a healthy weight and she will quit making a bad choice about her dieting methods.

you both sound right on normal weights. not too skinny, not fat. perfect. especially if you work out im sure you have great muscle tone. if you want to get more curves switch to a light weight and do it more times, itll tone you down without being bulky if thats the case

You both sound normal to me. It would depend on how your body is proportioned. I am heavier than I look. Everyone guesses my weight about 20 pounds less than I really am. So, I can pull it off. Besides, you haven't really stopped growing yet.

Sounds to me like you both sound pretty normal. If your friend want's to loose a little weight why don't you encourage her to work out with you? You just might have FUN!

You're probably on the thinner side of normal, and she's actually a little heavy... /: But if guys like her, she needs to realize that and not worry about it.

You're both fine. I think excessive dieting leads to weight gain in the long run. You're smart to accept yourself as you are. I hope your friend will learn to accept herself.
