Avocados are delicious!

Here is a REALLY simple, but tasty recipe:
Take a ripe avocado, slice into thin pieces and top with a little soy sauce. It might sound a little weird, but it tastes great.

And, for really good guacamole:

2 large ripe avocados
½ small red onion, finely chopped
1 medium tomato, seeded and finely chopped
1 jalapeno (or serrano) chilies, seeded/chopped (optional)
2 tbsp lime juice
½ tsp ground cumin, or to taste
¼ cup chopped cilantro (coriander leaves)
½ tsp salt (to taste)

Cut the avocados in half and remove the pits. Add the onion, tomato, chilies (if you’re using them), lime juice, cumin, cilantro and salt. Mash together with a fork.

Enjoy!

Google the recipe you are looking for. Also try food sites like Kraft or Pillsbury's home page. Another option would be famous chef's pages like Wolfgang Puck or Martha Stewart's home page. Good luck. There's tons of recipes on the web. You just have to do some research.

I love avocados!!! They are really good if you mash them slightly, just so they are a little chunky. Squeeze in some lemon to keep them from turning brown. Then add some chopped tomato, cilantro, salt, pepper, onion, and chopped and de-seeded jalapenos. (You can add as much jalapeno as you like, it depends on how hot you like things.) Go rather light on the cilantro because it tends to have a rather bitter taste. Then you can eat it on salad, by itself (throw in some diced chicken/beef/pork and its great-if you aren't vegan!), or even with corn chips. The ideas are endless!
You can also stuff avocados with chicken or tuna salad. . .

First of all, make sure they are ripe, don't be impatient. When they're ripe, mash them to a chunky state and add vinegar and lemon juice. They taste great on toast, sandwiches and burritos. But be creative! Add to pita, on crackers as an appetizer, add them on homemade pizza! Whatever works. :)

Peel them and cut them in small pieces. Eat it as salad. Add lemon juice, olive oil and salt.
Or you can peel it and remove the seed. Put shrimp or seefood coctail in the center.
