Your best bet it to go to your family doctor and make sure you do not have a infection such as bronchus which can easily turn into pneumonia. If your chest is tight and you are not coughing up any mucus as nasty as it sounds you might want to try musinex it works very well for Adults and children. Musinex got my 5 year old daughter threw 2 weeks of the flu and congestion when nothing else worked. Hope you and your girl does better, Good luck.

Mucinex works great, and fast. Also a nice steamy shower helps loosen phlegm up, making it easier to cough up.

Skip over the counter stuff and see your doctor. There's the bronchial infection thing going around along with asthma currently.

Mucinex works great and they make it for kids now to .Humidifiers are great and vicks .
