i noticed the warts for a month then i went and got tested for everything and most importantly hiv, i was negative for hiv but they also said it may be to soon to be tested , but if you are having symptoms of other things, ( genital warts ) and if they were responding to hiv would that mean that the test would show if you have hiv or not, because of certain reactions......

When a out break of genital warts occurs it is because your immune system is low due to things that can range from a cold to just over working your body. HIV has been known to Ly dormant for up to 10 years to where you have no signs or symptoms and the standard HIV test can not pick up the virus. Most likely it is the Human papillomavirus "HPV" it is the most common STD known. All so stress can cause a out break and so can your hormones.

HIV has nothing to do with Genital Warts, they are two very different viruses.

It takes 2-3 months after exposure to HIV for HIV-antivirus cells to be detected. This is probably why they told you it was too soon to test for HIV.

Genital Warts cause problems for the female reproductive organs, specifically the cervix. HPV (Human Papiloma Virus) is one type of Genital Warts that causes cervical cancer, nothing to do with HIV.

I've heard that it can take up to six months to be able for the test to detect the presence of antibodies to HIV. I hope you don't have it, but if you do the good news is that advancements are being made all the time that make the disease manageable - it isn't an automatic death sentence the way it used to be.

Yep.. it could be HPV and possibly cancer.
If you have a low immunity then yeah, maybe you can also have HIV or some other STD/STI. Go get tested!
