upset stomach with vomiting with black dots is a sign you might be having gall bladder problems I would not put up with these symptoms very long if they do not stop call doc again and these symptoms will come and go but keep getting worse with each attack meds and diet help with this and besides test have to be run so if it keeps up it should be checked

If it's black dots, it may be old blood. The red dots could very well be fresher blood. And if you're bleeding some into your stomach, it will give you an upset stomach, of course, adn the foam is just probably acid in your stomach from it being upset. Pay attention to your stools too. If it's got black in it, that a sign that there could be blood in your lower GI system as well. The best thing is to go to a gastrointestinal doctor and have him check it out if your primary care isn't willing to look into it.

The dots sound like old and new blood, you could have an ulcer going. Suggest you see a gastroenterologist.

i think you might want to get to a doctor instead of spending the time trying to figure out in here as to what it might be.Does not sound like a good thing to me .
