A shrimp strata, like a regular breakfast strata only with shrimp instead of sausage, party rye bread with butter, a green salad (you can used the bagged ones). Tea/coffee
If you really want a dessert, try meringue cookies.
The strata can be made the night before and kept in the refrigerator until time to cook it. The party rye can come out of its bag at lunchtime and be put in a bread basked. The butter can be put onto the table as you put the other items on. The salad - just open the bag, add dressing, serve.
The cookies should be made the day before and kept in an airtight container.

Hi! I would say finger sandwiches, fresh fruit, or fruit salad and/or some veggies and dip. You can put the fruit on kabob sticks, and serve with some yogourt or whipped cream. Meat and cheese trays are a good idea as well. You can order and pick them up at a grocery store, especially if you are short on time. Hope you enjoy!

A large mixed green salad with grilled chicken and croissants. For dessert try a jello (or Deserta) parfait. Layer jello with cool whip and refrigerate. (you need to soft set the jello first for about an hour or so then put into parfait or wine glasses and layer with the cool whip) You can prepare the salad ahead and toss when ready to serve. Quick, easy, cheap and good for you. Have a selection of salad dressing to choose from.
