No. Cancer is not an STD. Some cancers may have links, either positive or negative, with sexual activity. However, cancer itself is not an STD.

And you just had sex the first time with your bald boyfriend, but just because he's bald doesn't mean he's automatically got cancer either.

Cancer is not a Sexually Transmitted Disease (STD). But STD (Genital warts) may cause Cervical cancer.
Genital warts are hyperplastic, sometimes pedunculated lesions of the skin or mucous membranes of the genitals caused by human papillomaviruses (HPVs). Some HPV types cause flat endocervical or anal lesions that are precancerous. Diagnosis is clinical. Multiple treatments exist, but few are highly effective. Genital warts may resolve without treatment in immunocompetent patients but may persist and spread in patients with decreased cell-mediated immunity (eg, HIV infection).
Chronic hepatitis B may cause liver cirrhosis which may then lead to liver cancer. Hepatitis B is transmitted via blood and other body fluids. Infection can occur through:
* Contact with blood in healthcare settings -- this puts physicians, nurses, dentists, and other healthcare personnel at risk
* Unsafe sex with an infected person
* Blood transfusions
* Sharing needles during drug use
* Receiving a tattoo or acupuncture with contaminated instruments
* Birth -- an infected mother can transmit the virus to the baby during delivery or shortly thereafter.
Please see the web pages for more details and images on Genital warts and Hepatitis B.

No, but you could become high risk for cervical cancer if you get Human Papilloma Virus, which also causes genital warts.

Did you ever pay attention at your s*x-ed class? If not, you might want to go to a sexual health clinic or public health clinic and get educated by their employees or get the brochures. It is really odd that at age 20 you think cancer is a STD
