You really need to either get to your doctor or go to the ER. They should be able to give you something to get rid of them. You will want to make sure to treat all your clothing, bedding, and furniture with some over the counter stuff you can get at most stores. If you don't treat your entire house you will just cause yourself to be reinfected. The sooner you do this the better. Best of luck to you!

a cousin of mine was so embarrased he eventually started hallucunating and eventually died of it...he had syphillis
