Parkinson's disease is characterized by the slow degeneration of muscle control in the body. If you are shaking uncontrollably, you may have it. Pray that you don't there is no cure and it gets progresssively worse until you die. This is nothing to joke about. I have seen people diagnosed who last a number of years and then die. It is not funny, it's nowhere near leprosy funny, more like testicular cancer funny.
