It's not the most common way to contract the disease, but yes, if large amouts of saliva are exchanged, it is possible to transmit HIV/Aids through saliva. It's also possible if the saliva contains blood in it.

the chances for it being transmitted through saliva are amazingly slim... unless both people have oral cuts you're fairly safe
