I am not Nigerian but have been to a few parties, and actually their food is delicious, and for the UNCULTURED it is not watermelon and chicken(may want to use spell check for the true spelling of watermelon) Nigerians have a main dish called "fu-fu", which consists of steamed rice cooked in tomatoes and spices with broiled goat meat placed on top of the rice dish. At their parties they offer food, plenty of cognac and even parting gifts such as tupperware, all and all a beautiful experience, not to mention the live music. Lets open our minds to culture, and realize the beauty in diversity, sheesh.

I've had Nigerian food a few years back. It was a spicy tomato based rice with chicken ( i took the chicken out). It sure was yummy!!
