Bring my famous "firemans' secret recipe" ribs. I am not a fireman, but i stole it from one..but hes cool with it, so if you are a fireman, no disrespect...Buy a slab of ribs, chop in sets of 4, boil in water and garlic salt for about an hour. Remove, place in plastic bags and pour in the sauce- use the cheapest, least exciting bbq sauce, like "Hunts", and marinate over night. Throw on medium heat for about 25 minutes..dont burn it! Meat will fall off the bone.

What about making a taco dip? Buy taco seasoning and mix it with sour cream and cream cheese. Pour onto a plate. Layer chopped tomatoes, shredded lettuce and cheese on top. Serve with taco chips. Everyone loves this dip! For a gift? No advice. Sorry

An edible centerpiece made from fresh fruits. I made one last summer. I used small cookie cutters to shape the flowers and made a beautiful fruit "flower" arrangement. You can also buy them: http://www.ediblearrangements.com/.

Why don't you purchase two straw cowboy hats, fill one with chips and put the bowl of dip in the other?
