21st B-Day Bash?

I live in DFW TX and for my 21st birthday I want to go all out since I didn't have a big celebration for my 16th or 18th b-day I was thinking of a huge birthday bash any ideas?

how about karaoke with a bunch of friends and dinner out?

or rented chalet for say three days with BBQ?
