I have tried "Natural Desserts," are there any others that you've tried that are good?

If you want a pre-packaged one Hain has a few that aren't bad.
Anytime I have need for that kind of stuff I just make my own from scratch. Hit most any veggie food site and you'll find recipes!

Do you mean "Jell-O"? I never eat that stuff, it makes me shiver, how much it jiggles.
But if you are cooking and a recipe asks for gelatin, you can use these:
♥Apple sauce
♥Bananas
♥Aspic
♥Kudzu
♥Tofu
♥Tofutti brand anything
♥Agar-agar
♥Arrowroot
♥Cornstarch
♥Try it without the gelatin!
P.S. No kosher gelatin-- it is made of stuff just as bad as normal gelatin.
