It is possible to get herpes and not know about if for a very long time. Hence, it is possible that whether it is herpes that he gotten smaller it from a protracted-ago companion. Nevertheless, the description you gave does no longer particularly sound like herpes to me. He must definately be checked out, and if it is an STD you must be handled as well. Good good fortune.

I've have heard of a few people who got a herpes sore from waxing so it's not impossible that you would have a herpes sore. When people say herpes it is automatically assumed that they are talking about an STD. But the herpes virus also causes cold sores around the mouth and I'm sure you know that it is very common.

It's very possible that somebody had a cold sore and got their lip waxed and when you got waxed the herpes virus got into your body and caused a sore. Just use some Abreva and it'll probably go away in a 1-2 weeks. In your case, it's not a sexually transmitted disease.

The Herpes virus can remain inactive behind your olifactory gland in your head for a while before it represents itself as a blister. Just because you got the blister after having your lips waxed doesn't mean you contracted it there.
Plus you mightn't even have Herpes. It could just be a clogged pore as Herpes blisters are said to be a distinctive type of pain. If you are convinced it is Herpes, take the vitamin Lysine which blocks the resurgence of the Herpes virus.

Herpes looks like ulcers (with the middle all eroded), not like blisters. It's much more likely that it's actually a blister or even an ingrown hair (if it's more solid-appearing and getting your lips waxed is something you do regularly).

It might just be irritation from the waxing or some type of clog of one of your pores, but anything is possible. Just becareful when going to salons to have anytype of waxing. Some facilities are not as clean as they appear. You might have a law suit on your hands.
