I also keep a granola bar and some trail mix in my purse in case I get hungry on campus.

Fried tofu pieces, Japanese seaweed crackers, all crisps, chips, chocolate, rice cakes, oat cakes, celery and carrot sticks, all fruit, sliced, diced, whole and pureed, Italian crackers, biscuits of all kinds. In fact I can't think of many non-vegetarian snacks...

Now vegan snacks reduces the field somewhat.

I like roasted red pepper hummus with whole grain crackers!
Also, I like Stoneyfield Vanilla Yogurt with fresh pineapple sliced in. The yogurt is not "vegetarian," but it's organic which I do like.

These things are awesome. Even my far-from-vegetarian friend loved them. You can get them at many grocery stores, especially at stores like Whole Foods.

There are some really good veggie chips that stores like Giant and Martin's carry. They are loaded with flavor and low in calories as well.

Soy crisps ( I like the BBQ flavor), fruit, raw veggies and dip, crackers and cheese (if you are a lacto vegetarain), nuts, seeds, granola, popcorn, tortilla chips and salsa.
