Why is it that people know about stds yet they STILL have unprotected sex? Sure it may feel great without a condom, but it aint worth it. Personally, I think there is a cure for hiv, but it's just not publically known cause of mass production problems. Just think of how people will go crazy knowing there's a cure for something they have yet they cant have it. It's either a cure, or they're very close to finding one. Just yesterday, i went over my gf house. I just wanted to spend time. She kept begging me for sex, and i was like "I love you, but no. I dont do unprotected". She got mad, but in the end we aint do nothing. Now if only most teens today could control themselves. It's amazing how them lil rubbers can save your life if used right. I think trojans and lifestyles latex condoms are absolute against hiv if used correctly without cuts being present down there. Dont underestimate condoms, but dont overestimate them either. Dont go too fast with sex, cause it can make it break easily

The problem I think with most teenagers and young people is that they think they are invincable and nothing will ever happen to them. The same goes for drinking and driving. No one ever thinks it will happen to them. Also teenagers today also have too many sex partners. They get too personal too soon and have sex within the fist month they are dating. There is no way to know if someone have something withing the first month of dating. Then they will break up and go on to someone else. I think basically what I am trying to say is basically most teenagers and younger adults are just being stupid sex driven whores!!

Condoms do not prevent HIV. The standard cracks in the lining are not small enough to stop the HIV virus. This is not exact, but say Cracks are 040 microns. HIV would be about .09 microns. Like pouring water through a stainer. They may stop pregnancy because sperm is bigger than the cracks. Not HIV. You can put that in the bank PAL.

I think people take sex way too lightly in this country. I read somewhere that while both men and women's #1 fear regarding sex is HIV some 40% still have unprotected sex with a new partner. It's crazy.

One of the above posters mentined condoms dont prevent hiv. That's actually one of the myths about condoms. If that were the case, the latex condoms wouldn't be distributed as much, and it wouldn't be said to be the next best thing against hiv. The lamb-skin condoms are the ones that have openings small enough to prevent pregnancy, but big enough to allow hiv to get in, not the latex condoms.

Anyway, I too was in that same situation yesterday topic creator, lol. My gf had two before me. The first one was unprotected, but they were virgins and never did anything naughty before. The 2nd one wasn't, but they used protection. In the back of my head, I know she doesnt have nothing like hiv from them experiences, but I cant help but to be safe regardless. She was beggin me so bad for sex, and i told her no cause I never do it unprotected. Then she got mad and said "U always trying be safe, gets on my nerves. Just this once please?" and I said "And cause i care bout myself, you dont see me coming out hiv+, plus once is all it takes to **** your life up." So she stroked me and i fingered her, and we avoided sex cause of my decision not to do it unprotected. Having unprotected sex is like askng for a death sentence.

I did do unproted oral with her before, but only a little of her fluids got on my tounge, and we both dont have sores or openings down there or in the mouth. I do agree with topic creator about not going too fast. I like to do it at a medium paced speed. Not too fast or too slow, just right. I speed up from time to time, but I dont get out-of-controle fast lol. I aint embarassed to say, but i only go bout 10 minutes. I'm just entering the sex life, so im no sex pro yet lol. Sex is ok, but please do it safe. My thing is "no rubbers, no sex".

People are willing to take risks unfortunately and when they do, they risk spreading disease and the bad thing is that many may not even know a problem exists. It's just plain SMART for anyone to protect themselves with their partners. If we had more responsible teens like you, there'd be fewer diseases, and less unexpected pregnancies.
