Are you serious? If you are you have problems. Go to a doctor, free clinic, something. Gonorrhea sounds like the culprit.
These are the symptoms...

As far as the red bumps, could be from rough sexual intercourse... messing with a hooker, you are asking for trouble aren't you.

Thats probably discharge, not semen. It kinds sounds like you might have Gonorrhea. Go to the doctor ASAP, if your serious.

It sounds like you've had unprotected sex which was not one of your better ideads you have to agree. You've probably caught a nasty STD. You need to see the doctor ASAP
