These can be purchased at a health food store. If you use these things then you'll have fun shopping in a really good health food store. I find local health food stores are better stocked than chain stores(like GNC). They also have better qualified staff to assist you. Most chain stores have someone to man the cash register but they don't know anything about the products on the shelves and they usually only carry the most popular things in stock anyway. Locally owned stores, carry spices and produce, books, vitamins and packaged goods. They have knowledgeable people on staff to address your concerns and guide you if you have questions. Most of that you can find in the bigger chain markets that have a health/natural foods section. If you don't have one of those, try a local health/natural food store. Maybe even Trader Joe's might have some.

Most any good health food store carries all those items, many larger groceries either carry them or can order them.
Hmm, "posh food shops"? I take it you're UK based. Can y'all order food products from Amazon.com? They've got them all available for on-line order. In the US we've got www.foodfight.com a vegan on-line grocer! Mayhaps they can send to the UK??

um it depends on where you live. whole foods marker trader joes or such places often carry things. also fred meyers is staarting to carry it. if your in the north west zupans is great maybe check these websites:

or even try target you never know.
