I think that most of the answers are going to be the "american"-chinese food preferences.... if you have ever eaten REAL chinese food you probably would not like it if you are used to something like mongolian beef or General Tsos.... real chinese food is quite "zen" balanced, not too salty or sweet, not too fatty or anything too bland. Its very balanced and most americans think quite boring.... however the best chinese food i have found in america is the Dim Sum brunchs in China Town in NYC and San Fran. Quite authentic for dim sum. As far as dinner goes, I LOVE hunan beef hahahaha

Ginger beef. But I though mongolian beef was from Mongolia, not China.
China and Mongolia share a borderline of 4676 kilometers long. I guess is all the same.
