Of course! Diabetic coma is caused by either a very high or a very low blood sugar, correct that imbalance and the patient is ok.
Not to say that a Diabetic coma doesn't cause damage and have residual effects, it does, but consciousness is usually restored fairly quickly with correct treatment.

I'm a 45 year old woman and was recently diagnosed as being a borderline diabetic. My doctor prescribed some medication, but before filling it I decided to do some research on the internet which led me to the methods. After reading this ebook and applying the methods, my scepticism turned to 100% belief. I noticed that my energy levels increased significantly and I felt more rested in the morning, my symptoms started going away.

I am very happy to tell you that I have been feeling better than I have felt in years and my doctor informed me that he will be taking me off my prescriptions if I keep this up.

I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

Diabetic coma happens when your blood sugar is too low for your body and brain to function properly, so technically, being given sugar to bring up your blood glucose should bring you out of it.

Being in a coma is incredibly dangerous though, so regardless of whether you can come out of it or not, the best idea is to avoid getting into one.

If you're an unstable diabetic, check your blood glucose regularly, and always have something sugary on hand for when you feel/notice your blood sugar becoming too low.

If it happens with other people present and they give you a sugary drink, then OK. But if you are sat in the armchair on your own, not knowing what was happening, you go into a coma. You can come out when the liver releases sugar into the blood stream to stabilise the blood sugars. It happened to me for the first time and I woke up 3 hours later, thinking I'd been asleep. I felt awful though.

Yes - I met someone who was in a coma for months before he was diagnosed (and later successfully sued the hospital!) - he nearly died but is fine now. Not a good thing to go through though and if you're talking about a coma that you go into with high blood sugar it can affect your future health. If you're asking about a friend I hope they get better soon xxx

Yes you can. I was in a diabetic coma for a week. I was sick enough to ask the Dr for a home visit, he came and gave me some meds (which was sugar based!) I don't rememer much about it apart from waking up in hospital a week later.

When glucose rises and isn't able to get into the cells the body begins to utilize fat for it's fuel. This sets off a complicated series of events within the body. Getting the glucose into the cells with rapid acting insulin is the treatment.
