I am a cardio-thoracic surgical nurse. (Heart and lungs). You should see a cardiac surgeon, to be evaluated for bypass surgery. I can't tell you, nor would I, what your specific "chances" are. No ethical medical professional would promise you specific odds, but I can tell you that the condition is a dangerous one, that does need some sort of evaluation, and most likely, treatment. Find a professional you can trust, and talk about your options. There are amazing advances in treatment for heart attacks, and vascular diseases.

Go get under a cardiologist; they are actually funny (at least my husband's doctor is halarious around me!). No treatment? How did you figure out you had a blocked right artery and no other blockages? You are being foolish and depressed...it goes with the heart attack (depression). I have had a terrible time with my husband and laughing or even smiling! Life was miserable until I ordered him to smile and laugh! Stoneface cold dead was his typical expression. My dad went your way and it does not work for any reason, any time, any body...The pills are necessary because people want you to be pleasant and enjoy life...
Get to a doctor and get checked out immediately
