You can recover--others have done so using things like the incurables program below..also supplement it with this other stuff. Doctors do not know everything. Allopathic medicine has only been around a hundred years..herbs and foods and thing like sun and water and air for eons.

Today we have the added benefit of being able to test the chemicals in the foods and do controlled studies to verify why flok cures and herbs work. There is hope, but it takes commitment and hard work..you, not your doctor, must recover your health.any of the food recommendation are based on medical studies.

As far as the info in the first link, use only organic or wildcrafted herbs (in the wilds)

As far as the formula mentioned..

Make a tincture--directions online after you make it and squeeze it off, put in a colored bottle or a bag in a dark place as light harms it..put a label with name of tincture or herbs and marks it expires 5 years from the date (but they have tried them 75 years old and fine--just increases in strength). Be very careful when ordering cedar berries (the Latin name means one seed)..they look just like juniper berries but juniper berries have 3 or 4 seeds. I was once sent the wrong herbs when I ordered a pound and if I hadn't know I would have used the wrong herb.`

Also I saw a letter from a man who cured his diabetes and gradually reduced his insulin to zero and lost a lot of weight too by going on the incurables program. I know people with cancer who have went on this and been cured and I had it fix a torn cartilage that doctors said would always hurt without surgery which I had refused. I did it for cancer and wasn't expecting it to fix my knee also. here is the information on the incurables program and restoring your health--works for all illnesses by creating superior health and going to the root cause of illness

Also eat lots of fatty fish (mackerel, sardines, salmon, and herring-fresh or canned but not tuna which is low in omega three fatty acids)Studies show eating only one ounce a day cut risk of diabetes by half. It also help diabetes.

Eat low on the glycemic index. Eating finely ground grains even whole wheat is more dangerous than sugar. t caused immediate blood sugar spikes..eat whole wheat over white (but eliminate all flour products if possible), cracked wheat over whole wheat flour, and whole wheat berries (bulgar) over cracked wheat. Cherries help bring down the glycemic index of meals and add =lemon or lime juice to each meal to further help. Of course, beans and legumes are excellent because of their fiber and being low n the glycemic index. Get a book that lists values of food on glycemic index.

One woman cured herself according to Dr Richard Schulze just by eating tons of raw garlic (she did not want to do the full incurables program but did like garlic). She eat at least one bulb I think it was (not cloves) and it healed her.

Reduce fat which quickens descent into diabetes. but omega three oils reduced it (flax seeds and flax seed oil oil, walnuts (raw), and canola (but only used cold pressed canola from grocery store) and of course, fish. Most fish contains some as does some shellfish but the sources above are the highest sources. Cut down on saturated fats and dairy fats (I think around 10% of diet). Eat according to experts 50-60% in carbs (mostly whole grains and produce), 30% fat (olive oil good and fats above and things like nuts and avocados) and 10-20% proteins. Also 30-40 grams of fiber a day.

Take antioxidants like vitamin C and E, coQ10, grape seed extract, selenium and (melatonin (only before bed).

Onions of all types are also good. High chromium foods like grains and broccoli..broccoli is good for diabetes. Water soluble fiber like legumes and oats are good. Also lose weight.
A doctor once told me eat 6 times a day and exercise 10 minutes 6 times a day when I was at risk of developing diabetes.

Also take Chromium Picolinate Stevia is not only a safe sweetener for diabetics, it improves their diabetes. It is a herb but can be purchased as a liquid, tablet, or powder, or in little packs like nutrasweet but without the deadly effects of those no calarie sweetener.

Also curry powder, cinnamon, bitter melon, and fenugreek. Good luck.

here are more suggestions including vinegar..if something prevents, it is also likely to improve.

An herb called gymnema sylvestre blocks the absortion of sugar in the cells and the taste in the mouth..research it..here is one link http://69.93.158.250/blogs/f.asp?f=754

http://www.herbalprovider.com/gymnema-sylvestre.html this link has this quote below

Animal studies have shown that DHEA administration prevents diabetes. A study conducted on hypoadrenal women concluded that replacement therapy with 50 mg of DHEA for 12 weeks significantly increased insulin sensitivity, thereby suggesting that DHEA replacement could have a potential impact in preventing type 2 diabetes.46

One of the reason Schulze's program works is its comprehensiveness...he doesn't just do one thing, he does a lot and that is what does it and excellant quality herbs. By doing it and adding most of these other suggestions, you can be cured often rather quickly..it will be hard work but as it goes away some of it can be cut ofr reduced, but you can never go back to the crummy lifestyle of the average person..as it is much harder to heal the 2nd time naturally,,most people are just looking for an herb like a pill--you take a couple things and expect it to heal you and it just doesn't work that way usually..it must cover all the bases and this certainly does..

I spent consider time on this looking things up, racking my memory, and looking up links for you as I know what an awful illness it is. Also see here http://www.curezone.com/dis/1.asp?C0=110

I'm a 45 year old woman and was recently diagnosed as being a borderline diabetic. My doctor prescribed some medication, but before filling it I decided to do some research on the internet which led me to the methods. After reading this ebook and applying the methods, my scepticism turned to 100% belief. I noticed that my energy levels increased significantly and I felt more rested in the morning, my symptoms started going away.

I am very happy to tell you that I have been feeling better than I have felt in years and my doctor informed me that he will be taking me off my prescriptions if I keep this up.

I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

Depends on what kind of Diabetes you have, there are quite a few.

Type one Diabetics have damage to their pancreas, they put out no/very little insulin, no cure for this problem as of today.

Type 2 Diabetics mainly have a problems with their bodies tissues being Insulin resistance. You can lower your bodies resistance to insulin by doing the following:

Get to your ideal body-weight/ lean body.
Intense exercise.
Eat a diet that causes you to excrete less insulin (your damaged/insensitive insulin receptors will eventually start working better). When you have high insulin levels it damages your insulin receptors.

People can cure themselves of Type 2 diabetes, although it is a long process. https://tr.im/62892

For Type 1 diabetes there is no cure. It's an auto-immune disorder where the healthy pancreas is "killed off" by the bodies immune system for an unknown reason. People with Type 1 must take insulin to regulate their blood glucose levels or else they will die.

For Type 2 (which is a metabolic disorder) there isn't a cure either, although it can sometimes be controlled with weight loss and fairly strict nutrition management.

I do not think that you can cure diabetes at the moment. All you can do is do something to control the blood sugar levels. Traditionally, they start with lifestyle modification and diet. If that does not work then you add medications like insulin or oral hypoglycemc agents. So far, herbal medications are not part of the primary recommendations for the management of DM. Herbals are recommended more as add on medications.
